We represent the buyer
We are not a brokerage, an agency or a traditional intermediary. We act under the buyer's exclusive mandate — an uncommon model in the Brazilian market and the foundation of everything we do.
In the traditional market, whoever shows you the asset is paid to sell it. We are paid by you — to verify first, negotiate harder and protect your price.
No conflict of interest
You pay us — and we represent you exclusively. The seller pays no commission to Cleven. We earn by protecting your price and your risk, never by closing at any cost.
Off-market origination
We reach assets outside the public market, often before they ever appear in a listing. We prioritise direct buyer–seller transactions.
Filtering and curation

Mandate
Research fee, LOI and NDA. The operation begins funded, formal and protected — serious work starts with commitment on both sides.

Off-market sourcing aligned to your mandate. You do not go to the field: your time is not spent on the road or on screening — you step in once there is a decision to make.

NDA with the seller
Confidentiality closes on both sides of the table. From here, the market negotiates with Cleven — not with you.

Due Diligence and Compliance
Documentary, legal, tax, environmental and labour verification before any commitment. Two of our four pillars exist for this alone: to stop you buying a problem.

Negotiation and Closing
We run the table in your interest, through to the structuring of the closing. Your name is revealed only once contracts are signed.
Research Fee + Success Fee
A two-stage model, paid by the buyer. The research fee at the opening of the mandate secures commitment on both sides — it is also how we choose who we work with — and the balance is paid only on completion. Percentages are negotiable according to the complexity of each operation. The seller pays no commission to Cleven — which removes the conflict of interest inherent to traditional intermediation. We prioritise direct contact with the seller and, where an intermediary is involved, we work alongside agents and brokers of proven standing.

NDA on both sides of the table. LOI formalising intent. Your name, only with contracts signed. The price does not rise, because nobody knows it is you.

How do I know the asset is clean before signing?
No operation advances without full due diligence: documentary, legal, tax, environmental and labour verification, conducted before any commitment. You decide on an asset already verified — not on a promise. Two of our four operational pillars, Due Diligence and Compliance, exist precisely for this.
How is Cleven Network remunerated?
A two-stage model, paid exclusively by the buyer: a research fee at the opening of the mandate and a success fee only on completion. How does confidentiality work?
Complete confidentiality from sourcing to closing. The asset and the parties involved are identified only after an NDA is signed.
How are operations formalised?
Every operation is conducted exclusively under an LOI (Letter of Intent), establishing clarity and commitment between the parties from the outset.
